Joining UniForum Chicago is simple and inexpensive:

You don't have to have a Paypal account to complete this process.

After you successfully make the payment, you will be redirected to our website. FYI: Paypal will set you up for automatic renewal each year. If you don't want this to happen, you should update your Paypal account entry to stop that from happening.

Alternatively, you can print, fill out, and return a pdf membership form with payment of $40 (in person, or by US Mail).
